The Best To-Do list app

January 24th, 2010 Pete Wood No comments

One of the best To-Do Lists apps I’ve used over recent times has to be MyLife Organised.  I always keep coming back to it for it ease of use and all round great functionality.

MLO allows you to fully structure your To-Do List into projects, and dependent tasks,  plus allows you to assign contexts – these may be people who are actioned to perform the task or recording where the task needs to be done (@home, @office, @pub).

MLO already allows you to sync up with PocketPC, and the authors are hinting at Blackberry support this January or February 2010.

If that wasn’t enough it’s also a fantastic tool for outlining documents and presentation – a real lifesaver!

Out of the box it doesn’t completely follow the GTD method,  but that’s no bad thing in my opinion – I’ve always struggled with the workflow-oriented processing of GTD – its just too much of an overhead.
