About voato
Hello there and welcome to my blog. Thanks for dropping by, and I guess since you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering what voato is all about. Yes, I thought so…
My name is Pete Wood and voato is my tech blog focussing on techology, lifehacks and productivity.
I was born and raised in Manchester UK, and now live in Basingstoke, UK. Yes, I know, someone has to live there!
voato is largely a rehash of practical tips I come across for getting things done. I’m a real gadget and technology freak at heart so I generally post anything I come across I think other people may find useful too.
There really aren’t any limits to what I’ll post on voato, but mostly you’ll find neat little windows apps, tips for health and fitness, gadget news, and web sites I like the look of.
voato is my playground and enables me to connect with like-minded people like you. So if you like what you see, let me know. And if you don’t, you’d best keep your opinions to yourself! Just kidding. Let me know if you don’t like something, or think it could be better. I love hearing from any reader of voato.
In real life I’m a Chief Architect working for US giant CSC who are a global leader in providing IT business solutions. I’ve been responsible for architecting and delivering multi-million-dollar IT solutions across a wide range of industries including Health, Financial Services, Aerospace and Oil.
If something I write tickles you and you find it useful, I’d like to hear from you. To protect the quality of the blog, all comments are moderated, but they’re usually approved within a few hours. So why not say Hello!
